By submitting an application through a special form on the website https://ibs.ru/, in accordance with the Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data”, acting freely, voluntarily and in my own interest, as well as confirming my legal capacity, I consent to the processing of my personal data by IBS Expertise Limited Liability Company, INN – 7713606622, OGRN – 1067761849704, located at: 9b Dmitrovskoye Shosse, 5th floor, premise XIII, room 6, Moscow, 127434 (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

I may withdraw this consent at any time by sending a written notification to the Operator’s registered office or to the email address ibs@ibs.ru.. This written notification must contain the information specified in Part 3 of Article 14 of the Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data” including the following information: the name, surname, patronymic, title, and number of the primary identity document, the date of issue of the document, and the issuing authority, as well as information confirming the processing of personal data by the Operator and the signature.
Personal data must be stored for the period envisaged by the Russian law and other regulations of the Russian Federation.
I have been warned that in case of withdrawal of consent to personal data processing the Operator may continue processing of personal data without consent if there are grounds specified in clauses 2-11 of part 1 of Article 6 and part 2 of Article 10 of the Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data”.
