Andrey Klimentyevich Kelmanzon joined IBS in 1994 and for 7 years had been leading implementation of IT projects in "Deeline" Distribution Center.
In 2021, after a 20-years break, he has returned to IBS as the leader of "Outsourcing and Services" Segment. He is in charge for development of sales, product portfolio, relations with clients, and brand development strategy IBS Advanced Outsourcing.
