Natalia Borisovna Pochinok has been working at IBS since 2021. Currently, she is responsible for the development and implementation of products and technologies for the digital processes transformation that ensure the sustainable development of the IBS Group customers.
Natalia also takes an active part in public projects. She is the chairman of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation on Social Policy, Labor Relations and Support for Veterans; Chairman of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation; member of the Public Council at the Federal Service for Labor and Employment of the Russian Federation; member of the Supervisory Board of the Competition "Leaders of Russia" at the ANO "Russia is a country of opportunities".

Has two higher educations — in economics (graduated with honors from the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, 1997) and in law (RSSU, 2002). In 2001, defended her PhD thesis on the subject "Taxes in the mechanism of stimulating foreign investment in Russia". In 2005, received the degree of Doctor of Economics. Thesis subject: "Taxes in the system of state regulation of the economy in Russia".
