IBS Group was in charge of support and development of a customized business critical system 1C:ERP Holding Management. As part of cooperation, IBS established the 2nd and 3rd support lines with the team comprising more than 15 consultants and developers.
The customer was offered a workflow and fixed payment scheme for tasks performed rather than worked hours. From day one the IBS specialists started processing the incoming requests. They provided solutions and performed works for more than 100 requests which had been in progress by the beginning of work.

With the proactive approach to the analysis of causes of the repeated requests, the process improvement options were offered and the customer could minimize the transport costs.
