Veronika Akulova has been working at IBS since 2021. She currently is responsible for direction of business solutions. She specialises in projects aimed at improving business efficiency through the assessment of corporate assets, the development of change programmes and the implementation of digital solutions. She oversees projects aimed at improving the efficiency of financial, commercial, working capital, human and intellectual assets, combining consultancy, analytics and modern corporate platforms to achieve measurable economic benefits.
