Pavel Sergeevich Kutuzov joined IBS in 2000. He has been supervising managerial consulting projects, and afterwards has been the Deputy Controller. In 2012, after a short break, he had returned to the company as Director of Planning and Economic Department. Recently, he occupies the position of the Director of Operating Efficiency Department of the Company.
