IBS, a key technology partner for leading Russian businesses and government bodies, has optimised JSC MTZ Transmash’s corporate SAP systems and developed a new approach to supporting them that allows the client to focus internal IT resources on developing its corporate SAP solutions and further automating its business processes.

MTZ Transmash develops and produces high-performance brake systems that ensure the safe operation of rolling stock on overground and underground railways. The company’s key business processes use the SAP system. Since 2013, the administration of MTZ Transmash SAP systems has been exclusively carried out by IBS, a leader in outsourcing SAP support in Russia.
