Olga Dergunova to join Board of Directors of IBS as an independent director

PJSC IBS IT Services (IBS), a leading provider of IT services and a key technology partner for Russian businesses and government bodies, announces that Olga Dergunova will join the Company’s Board of Directors as an independent director.

Dergunova’s extensive professional experience and outstanding business and technology expertise will strengthen the Board of Directors of IBS by expanding its range of skills and knowledge, and will further improve the Company’s corporate governance.

Career history

Olga Dergunova is Deputy President and Chairman of the Management Board of VTB, and has more the 20 years’ experience in the finance industry. Previously, she served as head of the Federal Agency for State Property Management (Rosimuschestvo), Deputy Minister of Economic Development and as a member of the Management Board of VTB Bank. Dergunova held senior positions at Microsoft Russia and CIS for more than 10 years.
